He hasn't travelled overseas for along time. The cost is prohibitive and he's not keen on those long flights. He's used to flying in private planes with just the band, with familiar personnel and I'm sure if you add in the fact that he'd probably rather stay close to home due to health concerns it's a safe bet he won't be crossing any ponds.
