I remember several years ago on a drive around Orillia and seeing the different 'senior residences' in the area and telling the kids that I could stay in a nice place up there when I get old as long as it was facing the water and was painted a nice soft yellow..

if i could remember where it faced that would be a bonus..
The Lightfoot suite at 1220 sq.ft. is a nice size..2br.and 2 full baths..nice..
amazing price for all the way up there tho..sheesh..
Orillia gets way tooooo much winter for me...
not sure what I'd want in the suite other than a guitar and Lightfoot himself..
