Just who is this guy Kefera - i.e., I really enjoy listening to his intros but I've never heard some of his info like GML being commissioned to write what was it, "Ghosts of Cape Horn"? I think he does a good job with his interpretation of some of GML's recurring themes, too - so, maybe HE's the one who should write the definitive GML biography!
