Your epistle included a reference to "rung" and forcibly reminded me of two things
Firstly a rather sad story about the chap who got to the top rung and tten found it was the wrong ladder
Secondly I left my fairly well paid job with Rolls Royce in Montreal in late 1969 to help my old school friend RUss KiNG get his new company off the ground. in order to get a non regional specific name for it he had had to come up with a clever contraction of his own name and I was then for the next 30 years the joint Managing Director of
