I found the thread I could not remember that RM - Ron Measoner may want to have your suggestion on the Q of Perth Scotland versus Australia for. The thread is very popular now and is called "Corfid wants to Know" - in the general discussion area. I tried something here I have not before - to copy a thread-opening link -they appear to be the same as hyperlinks in HTML as any other, yet this one did not change colour, the way they do when you hit return. Well if it doesn't get you there, you can always....exhaustively.....leave this thread, and enter (phew!) that one lol..

Thought you'd like to know the the thread name. Thanks again for all the interesting info "stemming" from Kinsale, Ireland. The reason I highlighted "stemming is that we, in a a thread on vocabulary learned from Lightfoot's songs, tossed around the origins of "stemming" from Don Quixote. One quite straightforward one could be as I just used it w/o even thinking - something 'stemming", or originating from - something else. Hmmm.. Anyway, all the best to you and your wife who you took back to Kinsale - very cool !

BTW - welcome to corfid - I notice you've been around around a couple of months , 6 maybe, but at around 18 posts I think it was , your recent enough to still be welcomed !
