Sorry to hear about the passing of Jerry Reed, if that piece of info filtered across the pond, and I am sure it did, I missed it.

I have been moved to dig out my DVD " Chet Atkins & Jerry Reed In Concert At The Bottom Line June 22, 1992" To remind me just what a great talent he was, not that I needed reminding.

Jerry wrote 2 songs that Elvis covered, "Guitar Man & US Male" Elvis was so impressed with Jerry's guitar playing he invited Jerry to play guitar on his recordings.

A great talent who will be sadly missed.
