RM: You got me on an ambiguous case! I'll Tag Along" -yes of course, the smoke rings..... I forgot about that one... I thought I had a hard-to-get, obscure one with "The Soul is the Rock" , and the line in this part:

The soul is the rock and the rock will always roll
In circles 'round the sun doing rings around the pole
When the mind is not sure what the heart will do next
The rock becomes the master and the road becomes what's left

Thats the only time I am looking things up - on Wayne Francis' Site (when I'm doing this), is when there is an ambiguous case I have to verify when its not the one I intended. But sure enough , you are right (you knew that lol), for others benefit:

This time tomorrow we might all be packed and gone
I believe it's best we carry on
Smoke rings rising til they disappear
In the sky above
If you ask me I'll tag along

You got me.....

And of course Morning Glory is right, too.

OK so that leaves just Q's 63 & 65:

Q65......stairway.... not stair,stairs, or staircase if the Q arises...those (3)are other songs!) - the reason I know....is it occurred to me that not only was "rings" that Ron got on an ambiguous case, I got to thinking of the other clues remaining. Stairway is ambiguous to my knowledge only in its root forms and tenses - such as stair,stairs, stairwell, etc. In other forms -stair, the singular case, is ambiguous , in 2 songs, and....stairs [plural case] is ambiguous, and staircase appear in 3 distinct other songs. So, we are looking for that (one I believe) song with "stairway" .
The only reason I am sure now, reasonably, is its the only time I DO look in the lyrics tables of Wayne Francis' site, or alt.music.lightfoot search, that is, when I have an ambiguous case that comes up when someone guesses a song I had not envisioned, and it turns out to be ambiguous. Otherwise, I enjoy doing this off-the-cuff as do you I suspect. The answer to the clue stairway by song name is a surprise I did not intend, but having made the clue, Its not fair to change it of me. You'll know what I mean when you figure out stairway.
