I would have loved to see him in concert in the late 60's to mid 70's. John Fowles saw him in Montreal at the best of time, Expo 67 w/ Red Shea (Guitar) & John Stockfish. (Bass)
I have a clip of him doing "Did She Mention My Name" at The New Penelope in Montreal around that year (67). Burton Cummings & Randy Bachman were in the audience and they kept knudging themselves in the ribs saying one day that will be us...
