[quote=AnneOK;135393]Sir John I respectfully have to disagree with your identification of the males sitting next to Erica at the table. The gent immediately next to Erica is Brian, followed by Harold. It's none other than the Victorious Bitter Green Trivia Team! (I know, because I was sitting on the other side of Erica, conveniently hiding behind Doug.)
I have to say, that trivia contest was a load of fun!

Sorry that picture is a rather blurry still from my video camera
Our unifying Yellow Canary Canoe tee shirts helped a lot

Yes well Anne I guess you should know
Two points aboot the Orillia signboard picture.I do not recall who took it nor where it came from but I was wrong and yes of course that is Doug sitting in a white and yellow jacket. Sue Bloo(mer) now married from colourful Colourado is the lady sitting fifth from the left next to the late Ann ...
I have a nice monaural video of the November 1966 jam session "Seven Island Suite".
it is at:-
http://www.johnfowles.org.uk/lightfo...land_Suite.mov
That is an mov format video of under 10MB that should play in the Apple quicktime player (if you have it that is)
If not right click and download it to convert to an mpg to play in Windoze Media Player.Use the freeware SUPER program
It will give a generally good idea of the ambiance of such a jam session,However I rather doubt that that successful experience will be repeated in May as comparatively few seem to be attending this year more's the pity
