I would think not Patti, it all depends with the performer(s). Thats why Lightfoot is such a great guy. Willie Nelson came out on stage after his concert, sat down at the edge of the stage and signed away until there was no one left. Bob Dylan on the other hand is another thing, very difficult to get to him.
