Not sure what you're asking Ron, windchill was -40 F to -50 F; actual temp was around minus 23 F. It got colder the next morning, close to -40 actual temp, but the wind died down so it did not feel near as cold.
The hockey teams were wearing standard hockey uniforms. Many of the spectators were bundled up as much as possible - about all you could see were their eyes, lol.
