I'm having similar trouble trying to open a file that has some pictures of a family get together that an aunt of mine sent me. It just about drove me nuts, so I let my frustration get to me & I had to delete it from the inbox of my E-mail. I even had a friend of mine try to send me a picture of her dog, but again, I couldn't access it for some reason. makes me wonder just what it is that I'm doing wrong.
