What an obnoxious, uncalled for shout-out from that woman..good grief she must have been elsewhere when manners were being taught. I don't doubt that it did set Gord back a bit..perhaps not what she said in particular but just that a person could be so blatantly ignorant.
Sheesh.
I love when he does SDYS - it is a timeless message..and unfortunately seems to b a song that has been apropos since the day it was written I'm glad he feels it is warranted to be included in the setlist.
When I first heard that much of the Harmony album was written back in 2000 and that he and his wife separated a few years later it made sense about the sadness in the songs. He's remarkably come back from so much physically and emotionally since that time. Amazing.
The venue and area sound lovely and meeting up with so many folks was an added bonus. It makes the Lightfoot event that much more special and memorable. Great review of the trip and concert!
