okay,I "have" caused some undue concern here. I re-checked my Sys. & Dia. and BPM's and the reading (thank goodness) was 100 over 63 w/ 76 heart rate.
Yay. I di remember wrong before,my biggest apology to all.
Now to head home and work out!
