I've been having to eat up to 3 sandwiches right before I go to bed, AND drinking Whey Protein in the morning and at night, just to
gain weight. I lift weights, although I must say I don't go at it quite as hard as some people might. I weigh about 168lbs., but sometimes after a meal I can actually hit 170. Hopefully I'll get up there one day. (6' 3" tall)
