A very interesting find Jenney
I had always considerd that Anna belonged to that category of celebrities Famous for being Famous and had therefore regarded
her with some disdain, indeed I once discovered an unlabelled VHS tape here filled with a lenghty television program of hers
and promptly labelled it "Anna Knickers"
However I found Walter's dissertation very moving and now having watched the youtube tribute video I see how much she tried
to emulate Norma Jeane Mortenson.

Yes I managed to watch the video ( stored on youtube in highly compressed Flash video format as:-
YouTube_-_Anna_Nicole_Smith_(November_28,_1967_--_February_8,_2007).flv.MPG)
despite my desultory 56k dial-up connection
by downloading it as I had earlier done with Tom Gahoendoe's Stonewall Studio videos.
And that reminds me he did back in November send me a message via youtube asking about my "technique" for saving youtube
videos and then converting them to much more useful mpg format files
(that can then not only be viewed in Windows Media Player instead of the abysmal Flash Video Players
but may be used to make standalone DVD player friendly VCDs (Video CD) or DVDs to play on a full sized television set
Noting that VCDs can contain a full hour of reasonable quality video on a standard cheap CD-R,if you have CD burner but do
not yet possess a DVD burner.)
This therefore would seem to be a most appropriate time to write up a suitable tutorial and show where anybody can get
excellent freeware to both grab the flv file (using a freeware program called tada tada "youtube grabber) and a literally
"SUPER" all can do video format converter, where in this case "super" is an anagram for
"Simplified Universal Player Encoder & Renderer"
OK now to produce that tutorial, so watch this space I'll be back ASAP
John
to whet your appetite ponder these two screenshots

downloaded flv file note well under 3MB

after conversion to mpg format note a much larger file over 9MB
