'Promises, Promises'.....Love that song by Dionne Warwick! Written by Burt Bacharah, if I remember correctly.
It seems like a lifetime ago at The University Of Western Ontario (UWO) that I was involved as a production manager in the production of Neil Simon's play 'Promises, Promises'. What a cast, what a production, what reviews we had!

This play was later made into a movie under the title of 'Tha Apartment' with Jack Lemmon.

I have the vinyl record of Dionne's hits where she sings 'Promises, Promises', and perhaps a few other tunes from the play. (What Do You Get When You Fall In Love, etc.) Gonna have to dig it out and give it a spin.

Thanks for the link where the tune brought back a multitude of memories and thoughts of dear friends I haven't seen or heard of in years!
