Touhy,I haven't seen that clip in nearly 25 to 30 years!
(Yes,I watched a little past my proper age! :D )

That voice is very familiar but,this is only a guess....at the time of that clip Harry Chapin's brother Tom Chapin was hosting a kids show on ABC called "Make A Wish".

He is the only person I can think of that sounds like that. There were so many young singer/songwriters w/ a guitar then.

If it's not Tom,it could be anybody.

I recall all those other "Sesame" clips too.
