2 years before the British Invasion this group witch was British recorded a song called Silver Threads. the lead singers name was Dusty. yes that 1 who would later have hits like Wishing and Hoping. and I Only Wanna be with You. what's so interesting is that it they recorded it in Nashville and Lightfoot as I understand from this post.
