"Rock and Roll Waltz" by Kay Starr was in 1956 and yeah..it was a waltz,not rock & roll. I think it was meant to kind of make fun of the new music.
I'm sure it comes as no surprise to anyone out there that...I have that song!
(No! Really B???!!!) :D It's on a cassette with many other Kay Starr songs. My tastes run very eclectic.
