I came across a most interesting and long (5 page) article under the above title following the publication of this book

I thought this on page 5 was an interesting take on the current discussions and actions
"For the last 40-some years they've been paying radio stations to broadcast their music for free. It's really hard for me to see the big difference between that and file sharing."
