Yes I have life insurance but I think my funeral is a long way off. Coffee is good for you, so is the steak. The key is moderation. I eat more fruit and vegetables than most people and mainly drink water unless I am drinking coffee. My weight is spot on. Heck, I haven't eaten a single thing from a fast-food joint in 5 years. When I eat out I eat good food, low in fat. A good steak and veges is a healthy meal. I bet less calories than your potato chip lunch and defintely more nutritous. I will agree the coffee and smokes can be a little extreme at times. Smoking is the only hazard but I am working on quitting and have been for the last several months.

From 2 packs to 1.5, still sometimes 2 but before too long, I will quit for good. A girl took my near full pack 2 nights ago with an incentive if I could make it to this Satuday without smoking, and the next day I fell off the wagon. Did it once for 4 years and then started again. Stupid and scary at the same time. When I drink coffee I want to smoke. There is no way I will willingly give up coffee though. My steak dinners have been drastically cut back since I no longer frequent the local Outback Steakhouse. I was seeing a girl that works there and and now I am afraid if I return I will get hit in the head with a bommerang.
Potato chips for lunch is really, really bad.
