LSH,actually yes,I've heard them. Very eerie and a little too real. There's a public park behind a local community college here in Phoenix,only 26 blocks away from me and they have several there,they're quite mysterious looking but still...fun to watch. Especially when their feathers fan out. I recall first seeeing one ever on a film segment of,"Sesame Street".
