Annie,

There are only 2 people on this forum that can move a topic to the "small talk" section of this site. As I am sure you already know, they are Florian and Char. I agree, it should be in the "small section" but there is nothing that anybody can do and personally, it doesn't bother me at all where it is at. It takes 2 seconds to move a topic to another board.
