Seahawk -- that's what you want: one tiny torrent file. Don't make a torrent for each wav file, just make one torrent file for the whole shootin' match. Then find a tracker (I would suggest dimeadozen), and use your bittorrent program, in conjunction with the torrent you have created, to upload ('seed') the audio files. Please look up a FAQ or something to get more details.
Actually, don't do this for WAV files -- convert to SHN or FLAC first, because they have the same audio quality, but they're about half the size.
