The Westbury, NY concert at North Fork Theatre (formerly Westbury Music Fair) goes on sale this Sunday (8/7) at 12:30pm (local time I assume, so EDT). Amex Gold Card members can order from a selected pool of tickets that may be better than what you can get in the regular pool (no guarantees, but I've had good luck with it for other artists). I'll be back in CO so I will miss this one, but I have good memories of concerts there going back to the late 1970s. Always a few nutty folks in the audience (who like to talk during the concert, but can usually be shut up by a hard stare), but generally good acoustics in this theater in the round. For those of you within driving distance, this is a nice one to attend.
