1st question: It would be nice, but I'm not sure if Canadians are still considered British subjects or not, and I don't know if non-subjects are "subject" to being knighted.

2nd question: "Pussy-willows, Cat-tails" is about Orillia, but I don't think any of his songs mention the town by name. That I know of.
