Hey guys!
Last night I was at a local "Entertaiment Center Store" (for lack of a title)called Fry's Electronics. Along with home elec. they also sell DVD's & CD's.
I was there buying my brother's birthday
(07/02) present and a lady was in the same CD aisle I was ( "L" ). I guess she was shopping for her teen becasue she picked up a Linkin Park Cd and I joked,"One of your favorites?"
She said,"No I'm too old for that "stuff".
She metioned though that she had not bought herself some music in awhile and so I showed her GL's Complete Greatest and Harmony. She had no idea that Gordon was:
A: Still alive
B: had any CD's out in the last 15 years
C: The subject of a website
She mainly wanted good easy going music,so heck,who better?
She said she used to listen to him long ago.
I also told her about the site and she said she might give us a look.
I kind of felt proud for bringing back another former listener.
