Laurel - that's where I got directed to - Link.In...and then it would disappear and say the page could not be displayed before I could even click on the link to CHAT!!!
I imagine my son re-formatting the computer didn't help!

I got in after 30 minutes following the tutorial of installing Mirc....success was mine!
