It's a Mozilla Firefox add-on called videodownloader. Install the add-on, and then it appears as a little icon in your status bar. Click it once while on the video page you watch, and a download link appears. Then you save it as an .flv file. But you also need the Riva flv player to play the files on your pc. Easy enough.
