Well,I checked Mellencamp's main site and went through the discography. I checked all titles on every LP and I saw no CRRT.
A different site I happened to find said that he had recorded it but listed the album as "unknown".
Which means he may have recorded it but it's not been released as of yet. ...or else it's some made up thing. I tried!
