Hi Valarie
Any more news on the list of guitars, did the guy in the UK contact you?
Funny you should bring it up. Must be ESP or something. I was just working on it yesterday. Sad to say, the latest version of the list was a victim of my hard drive crash last summer. The only backup I could find was more than a year old (it was not in one of the directories I backed up pretty regularly). I hadn't been able to face the task of trying to reconstuct it. I only lost 3 weeks of email, so theoretically I could find everyone that wasn't in the old version of the list.
I hadn't remembered posting the list of numbers here, so thank you for bringing this topic to the top. I see that I am missing 2 or 3 still. It's frustrating! (Update: I found the information so I'm up to date). I did get one more number just this morning, from someone I knew had one but I didn't have the number, and I confirmed that one of the people in the entertainment business that I was told had one actually did (JP Cormier, a Canadian singer/songwriter). I reached one of his representatives who comfirmed that he had the guitar, but didn't know the number. Hopefully I'll get it, but she kept asking why I wanted to know ...
Anyhow, I'll keep working at it. I don't think I ever did hear from the owner of #57. I think I'd remember ... (uh, where did I put my coffee cup?).
Here's a picture of JP Cormier with his D-18GL from his web site:
