This is a two-sided display ( same on both sides) for the new Canadian stamp honoring Gordon Lightfoot.
It measures about 4-1/2" x 9-1/2" and is made to fit in a slot on the post office's cash register.
Lightfoot's pic folds out to show a picture of the set of stamps.
