I'm trying to remember. I don't keep dates in my memory too well these days!

I think it would have been around 1977 or 1978 at Ravinia, outside of Chicago.

I saw him in the very early 80's in Houston in a relatively small venue, sort of a club in the round.

I also remember being back at Ravinia in the early 1990s to catch a concert.

Then there have been the last three seasons at the Paramount in Aurora.
