I SAY, LIFE BEGINS AT 60!!!
3 things I wanted to share. I saw Kris Kristopherson at the same 4th of July Picnic I mention in the lead post on this topic. I related once before the story of how I will never forget, midnight on July 4th, 2006, Fort Worth Stockyards, Kris Kristopherson singing Me & Bobby McGee, with the Texas flag as a backdrop, and seeing fireworks going off behind him in the distance. It was priceless.
Regarding Alice Cooper, anyone heard his radio show which airs nightly. It's a riot, he's quite a witty and talented guy.
Lastly, Jimmy Buffet is next on my "hit list" of artists I want to see. My husband and I and our 3 kids plus 1 girlfriend (of our son) are taking a Florida trip next June, part of it which will be in Key West. I think Jimmy Buffet might live there. I know he has a restaurant there. Hopefully, we can catch his show!
