I checked the credits on the album.

Cover Girl : Jan Stephenson

Not sure if she is someone Gord knew way back then. Maybe a model of the day?

The album title is COLD ON THE SHOULDER. I still have my original (but worn) LP I purchased in 1975. Always liked the cut Now and Then.
