i do like it when singers stick to the standard melody and refrain from going for Idol show off notes, etc... i think she did that here...

ok..."Playball!" ...i mean "Playpuck!"

She did a very nice job.

To me the most awe inspiring version of the Star Spangled Banner was done by Sandi Patty at Liberty Weekend in 1986 (Rededication of the Statue of Liberty after re-construction). As Peter Jennings said after the song ended "There isn't anything left to say."

All I can say is WOW!!!!

I am ignorant to her stuff so I look forward to listening. The video tells me my dumb phone is not a friendly platform for playing it. I will find a real computer soon and am thanking you in advance.

yes, those are terrific GL versions you've shared, sir John...hope all newbies took you up on the offer

well, that version of the SSB made me think is was in a 100 person nightclub, not a 80,000 person stadium, lol ...i thought the was gonna rip back her shirt and reveal a Blackberry (malfunction)

am PVRing the game for later viewing of Beyonce's thighs of gold (spray tan?)

Negaitve Jimbo I haven't heard a dicky bird from anybody newbie or otherwise.Obviously you know the versions wot I spoke of. I had decided not to post the links to the relevant mp3s that are in fact on my website.
