Reminded of why we're here
 

Went in Starbucks this morning and heard Gord's original version of Early Morning Rain...such a clear power voice! Told my seven year old daughter how that was who mom and dad had just seen in concert last month...as a infant her favorite song was Harmony.

Then on came Man of Constant Sorrow from the great Oh Brother Where Art Thou? A movie that for me is in the pantheon of great films with Gone With the Wind and It's a Wonderful Life.

Love it when I unexpectedly hear Gord overhead, usually in the grocery store but sometimes in a department store. If there aren't too many people around I may sing along, lol.

I heard (Of course) Carefree Highway in Goodwill the other night.

It's like you can;t go anywhere in Phoenix without hearing sometime. :)

I saw Oh Brother Where Art Thou several times & the only thing that I liked about it was the music.
