RIP Jane Russell
I was channel surfing last night when I stopped on one of those local "weather" channels here in Phoenix. They have a new scroll that goes across the bottom of the screen and one of the news articles was that actress Jane Russell had passed away at age 89.

Re: RIP Jane Russell
Borderstone, that smells like info from IMDB! (Ha!) Seriously, if you check out IMDB (the internet movie database).com, you will see that like many of the greats, she has a line of appearances longer then your arm. A great lady, and fine actress.
I join Borderstone in wishing Miss Russell to rest in peace. DellroyGM |

Re: RIP Jane Russell
I was just as surprised to hear of her passing. But to be honest, I had thought at one time that she long since passed away. For me, the image that I'll allways have in my mind is when she was doing ads promoting the Playtex Living Bra, apparently one of the first such items designrd for the "overly endowed".
