SPAM and old threads
 

I will be deleting old threads that have accumulated a lot of SPAM since they were originally posted. These would mostly be irrelevant videos or links that have had no replies for a long time other than repeated SPAM posts.

I have found some threads with only the original post and then I've deleted dozens of SPAM posts on that thread. Some mornings I find upwards of 80+ SPAM posts in all four Forums..I remember one day deleting upwards of 300 SPAM posts.

SPAM is replying to SPAM in some instances when a SPAMmer has started a new thread.

Don't take it personally if you find a funny video or link to something you posted has been deleted.
If I find a link to a LIGHTFOOT related article that does not have the text of the article included in the thread and the link does not work I will delete it also.

i recently replied to a Robbiins one (dark text, seems familiar and could be spam) in case it was legit, but DELETE away if the radar's up:) ... and thanks for all that you do as usual!:clap:

yeah _ any threads that start with black text will be deleted...the spammers are pretty clever using parts of other posts in theirs too.
sneaky bastards.

This explains why a couple of my threads have been deleted. I thought you all had something against me. :O

Good going Char!!! Lose the spammers. I can not believe the crap you put up with here. Kudos to you for being so patient - explains how you can do day care too. :o)

If I ever accidentally post anything that doesn't need to be on the forums, just let me know so I can avoid doing it again in the future.
