Farmers and die-hard Montreal Canadiens fans Chipman and Tom Hunter have cut a 180- metre-tall image of hockey legend Jean Belliveau in their cornfield in Florenceville.

cool!

btw, this may be blasphemous to say to a Habs fan, but the heroic Patrick Roy and his son are both thugs and should probably be in jail...and trying to prevent anything from going between their legs

I dont know his son, but what I saw last winter in that brawl with the other goalie, that didn't even want to fight, made the son look like an idiot. Im certainly not a fan.

As for the father, I never did care much about him. But when he decided that he was not going to play for the Montreal Canadiens anymore, because he did not like the coach, and/or things were not going his way. I lost the little admiration that I had for him. Because love him or hate him, he is a great goaltender.

And it won't surprise me that in a few years from now, Patrick will probably coach "The Montreal Canadiens."

It's a strange strange world we live in Master Jack !

he (as coach) likely provoked the kid...like Crawford did with Bertuzzi?

anyhow, I guess Hab daddies are habitually bailing out their kids these days...note: I sold my Lafleur rookie card the summer, had it since I cracked it from that fresh (ok, stale) bubble gum scented pack when I was 8 years old
