Has anyone ever suggested a tour with both of these awesome songwriters? I know Dylan is on a much different writing style now then he was back in the '60's '70's, but wouldn't you think it would attract more than just us loyal fans of the Canuck?

I don't think either of them would be much interested. They each have their own tours that do well and probably would find the extra work co-ordinating two artists schedules not worth the trouble.
As far as the two of them onstage together singing duets - that ain't ever gonna happen!

Having Dylan on the bill sure wouldn't be a draw for me..

i wish it would happen!. they've been good friends for a long time, but nothing has happened apart from them covering eachother's tunes

Dylan is currently touring with Willie Nelson and John Mellencamp. I missed that one but surely wouldn't miss Lightfoot/Dylan, were that to ever happen!

I missed the Dylan, Willie and Mellencamp show down here. It was outdoors and teh weather that day was absolutely miserable. I'd have gone otherwise.

I think it was ok weather here (well several town over) and when I saw the bits on TV, wish I had gone!
