Setlist Location On Stage

Might be a dumb question - Is there a physical "set list" taped to the floor or somewhere during a show, or have the guys just been doing it for so long that they review a list backstage before and just remember it?

At the Morristown NJ show last year I was unable to see anything in the open that could be a setlist.

They will be in Morristown again tomorrow but unfortunately the economy has hit the funds available for concerts. Although I am thinking of driving down and hanging out to see if Gord is available for autographs after the show as he was last year. I grabbed a copy of Sit Down Young Stranger on EBay this year that I would love to get autographed.

Is it bad to look for autographs when you wern't able to see the show? I'm feeling a little guilty just thinking about doing it but then I figure I bought albums, then cd's, and have seen him twice.

I think Michael has a list on his keyboard and Lightfoot has one taped to the top of his guitar..if he changes things up he just gives them a verbal cue and they know what to do..they know that music backwards/forwards, insight out..

Thanks I thought it might have been something like that. I remember seeing a pic of a setlist taped to his guitar back in the 60's.

BEWARE GUITAR PLAYERS! Years ago I tried this for a gig because I'd seen Lightfoot do it. Scotch Tape adhesive melts the lacquer finish on your guitar leaving damage.

I'd probably be doing the D15 favors by putting scotch tape on it. It has several repaired cracks on the back and side. Didn't hurt the sound of it one bit. I've been told by a few people that it's a special D15 sound wise.
