The I-29 Tour (Sept 30-Oct 2)
 

Looks like the mystery of tour dates has been solved. Ticketmaster had been selling tickets for Rapid City on Oct. 2, but now has moved the Rapid City concert to Oct. 3. The tour schedule on Lightfoot.ca looks correct.

My wife Debbie and I did the Superior Tour in April 2009 (Thunder Bay and Sault St. Marie.) This time she said while she likes Gord she said she'd rather not go to the High Plains. She said to enjoy the I-29 tour and forget about the stresses of my job. After the South Carolina Governor's soap opera, she said as long as I don't go hiking in the Appalachians or flying to Argentina, I can go !!

So I'm planning three straight nights of Gord that I'm calling the "I-29 tour." In Fargo, ND (Sept. 30), I'm in the front row. In Sioux Falls, SD (Oct. 2), I'm in Row 9. Still waiting for tickets in Omaha, NE (Oct. 1) to go on sale. I hope to say hello to Dakota Rose and her husband again after meeting them in Cedar Rapids two years ago. If anyone else is going, let me know. I'm big on accurate set lists so I'll report them when I return. Great not to be tethered to a computer for a few days!!

I would have liked to have gone to Toronto again in November but my work schedule gets brutal the latter part of the year. Maybe May 2011 is in the cards.

I too was thinking of going to Massey.... But with Gord going to Omaha, I'm going to try to make it there instead. It would be hard to top what happened for me after the March Davenport concert.
