Thanks Ron. It is sad to hear the remorse he has about his contract years. Since he brought up having six children he couldn't be locked up all the time (that was just a joke). Seriously, he lost a lot. He has made so many people happy with his songs, but it hurt those closest to him - sad.

Yep, he certainly made the point about 'paying a price' crystal clear. Although it would be a ridiculous question, because do-overs are not possible, I wonder at this point in his life if he would say "I'd Do It Again".

Im guessing he'd probably say sure Id do it again. At least that's what he said in a 1990 interview with Marylin MacKay... "We travelled we got to see the world".

I dunno.......perspectives change over 18 years. Heck, mine has changed since yesterday. But you may be right.
