Oops I usually pick that problem up when doing a preview but today my browser and/or internet connection is feeling liverish so it is taking too long to get the preview up if it actualy deigns to do so.I'll go back and edit it

Further to my searches for that earlier Gordon Lightfoot who owned an expensive saddle possibly at the time of the civil war
I reasoned that the gentleman in question must have been of some standing (or sitting?)
so I just googled for "general Gordon Lighfoot"
and was surprised and delighted to find this web page:-

listing no less than 1928 results for GL which could take an age to check out!!
BUT of immediate interest at the very top I spotted this advert:-

There is a forward button and I saw that the following track was "Up On The roof" by James Taylor so
maybe they could only find the two by GL??
then it was "The Only Living Boy In New York" by S and G
next a Cat Stevens track "Tuesday's Dead"
folowed by "Time In A Bottle" by Jim Croce
then back to GL with "Beautiful"
so it is quite the eclectic site in my book!!
From where they found the three GL tracks I have no idea and they do not tell you but at least it gives you a picture of the relevant album cover
Brilliant idea my only gripe is that being on this cretinous dial up connection for hopefully only a while longer the player which is a flash device took ages to load and the streaming is annoyingly disjointed
