Kinda reminds me of a Funniest Pets & People video where a deer was taped grooming a cat, and then the cat started grooming the deer in return.

Moose loose in town

Published Thursday November 15th, 2007

Traffic in Newport, Vt. was interrupted just before noon when this moose paid a visit to the downtown area yesterday.

The moose, which walked down Main Street, across yards and parking lots, brought the attention of many residents who grabbed their cameras and camera phones to take pictures of this rare site in the busy downtown area.

I must commend the people for having the rare good sense to stop what they were doing when they saw the moose. In Alaska, whenever a moose is in the area, no matter what the humans may think, the moose automatically has the right of way. Another thing that has me thinking that the people reacted correctly is that nobody was dumb enough to bring a gun. Besides, it's pretty much obvious from the picture that all the moose wanted to do was to get out & meet his neighbours.:)
