I want to create a web page for my wife's retail store, but I don't know the first thing about it. Does anyone have any advice on software
(preferrably free), or perhaps a set of friendly instructions?

I'm a geek by nature, so I don't expect it to be too hard to pick up. I just want to get started on the right foot. :) Thanks in advance for the help!

Talk to Val Magee. She does web sites for a reasonable price.
I used to know quite a bit about it, but I decided to forget it, I think.
