I've heard many tribute artists and now there's one more.A chap named Steve Jordan from somewhere in Washington is doing a terrific job with his own songs that sound a lot like Gordon wrote
them. Has anyone else heard of him?

You are correct, Borderstone. I found his website..have not had much chance to listen to the music clips there yet, however, so I shall reserve opinion for now. Here's the link:
