Maybe you should keep an eye out on www.ebay.com.

search for 'Gordon Lightfoot' and if you are lucky you can find it there.

I have checked today, but at the moment no one is offering it, but check again in 1 - 2 weeks.

If all else fails, you can have a dubbed copy of mine. I know you'd rather have an original, though.

Enough about you. (I'm just starting in the UBB world). I noticed you have a guest book in the same style. Is that UGB? The freeware copy?

You could try to find a copy at www.ebay.com.

Search for 'Gordon Lightfoot'.

I have checked today, but at the moment Salute is not on offer.

You should check again in a few days.

The album usually sells for about US$ 15,00 - US$ 20,00.

Alternatively, you could wait for the CD-release of Salute which is rumored to be in the year 2000.

Or buy the vinyl album now and get the CD in addition http://www.corfid.com/ubb/wink.gif at a later date.

I just bought a copy of salute off ebay last week and there is definitely one on there today, there are no bids and the opening price is about $20 and the auction ends on the 18th.

All I need to complete my collection is Old Dan's Records...anyone have one of those floating around? they aren't as popular on ebay.

Good news! I have copies of both "Salute" AND "Old Dan's Records" on vinyl. I don't, however, have a turntable.

Being as it's Christmas and since they're going to be coming out on CD soon, I would be willing to give them to any of you who are so desperate. They HAVE been played quite a bit, but they're still in good shape.

I guess either e-mail me (Loveandmaplesyrup@Yahoo.com) or answer here. It would be nice if someone could trade for photos, but it's not critical. Let me know. I know what it's like when you want something so desperately.
